Other notes
The baking powder is what makes it super crispy. Use aluminium free (if that’s a thing in the UK?) and make sure there are no clumps on the wings.
Verdict
First time - didn’t have any blue cheese for the dip, but it was super good! The crispy chicken goes perfectly with the gooey sauce and dip.
The chicken was nice and crisp, although I reduced the temperature a little since it’s a fan oven. I’ve now reduced the temp in the hot part to 200.
